I'm from Chicago originally. (I don't dislike the Cubs. I'm just a White Sox fan.) I've lived in lots of places. (Champaign-Urbana, Boise, Portland, Tucson, San Diego along the way). Yes, I like Milwaukee. I attended a high school seminary (it didn't work out. had fun though.)I like slam dunks. (Shawn Kemp, seriously.)I have a cat named Ember who is very clumsy.
I am very clumsy...and awkward.
I've been working in radio for 16 years, presently at Radio Milwaukee.I'd taken photos for as long as I can remember, but really got into it about six years ago. Since then I've shot a lot of bands, buildings, people, and things I found interesting. Most recently I've done some video editing because....because someone noticed that my camera took video too. I was the cinematographer and editor for the latest Figureheads video, a Milwaukee hip-hop collective.

With regard to photography
A quick note on content. Everything here is yours to take. I can't stop you and I certainly don't want to try. It's in that vein that I simply ask you photo credit when applicable. You don't have to credit me when you screengrab for a desktop, obviously. If you do want to use it on your blog, hey, awesome. A simple link-back would be great. Letting me know is even better, because I love it when someone uses my work and I enjoy seeing how it's used. Prints? Yes. I can do them. They'll work better than the web samples. You could try to print them out, but the resolution sucks and will probably look questionable.
Art and Commerce travel together, but one goes coach and the other sits first class. I'm asking to split the difference and upgrade to an exit row or economy plus. Thanks for visiting.
